Refund Timelines

Refunds are initiated within 1–2 business days of the returned item being received and inspected, or immediately for order cancellations before dispatch.

Refund Method

• Prepaid orders — refunded to the original payment method (card, UPI, wallet, or netbanking).
• Cash on Delivery orders — refunded to your quickbasketshop wallet or bank account, as per your preference.

Processing Time

Once initiated, refunds typically reflect in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
