We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return Window
Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they're unused and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, perishable items (fresh produce, dairy, bakery) and opened personal care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, expired, or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return
- Go to My Orders and select the order.
- Choose the item(s) you'd like to return and the reason.
- Our team will schedule a pickup or provide drop-off instructions.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and checked, your refund is processed as described in our Refund Policy.
